Taking a stand against my depression
I have depression. That isn’t something I’ve ever shied away from admitting, necessarily, but it’s also never really been something I’ve talked about publicly, either. It does feel somewhat cathartic to say aloud, though: I have depression. More accurately, I have depression and anxiety.
